Update Your Resume

Is it time to pull out the resume and send it back into the world again? There are many people who specialize in putting together killer resumes, and if you're starting from scratch, I recommend finding someone like this to do the job.

On the other hand, if your resume only needs to be updated, formatted, or geared toward a particular job, then a full-fledged service might be overkill for you. If so, let me polish your existing resume, check it for grammar and spelling, and make it ready for you to print, for only $50. Additional versions are only $20 each, if you wish to tailor each one for a specific type of job.

While I do not normally write the text for my clients' projects, I can help spot awkward sentences and offer suggestions to make your text more efficient.

If you have the information ready to go, I can usually get your job finished within 48 hours (though usually faster,) and present it to you in the format of your choice. Your satisfaction is crucial to me, and if you have any problems in printing, I will respond quickly and make it right.

Your Resume on Your Site

Already have a website, and just want the resume cleanly formatted into HTML? I can do that for you, and if you wish, make it look like the rest of your site, for only $50. (If you are also using my Update service above, I will give you a 10% discount on the whole job.)

Your Own Site for You to Edit

Having your own site is easier and more affordable than ever! I can provide you with your own domain name (www.yourname.com) and a system that is extremely simple to learn and to use, along with hosting for one year, and help getting started, all for $200.

The site comes with several pre-installed templates, and if you find another template you would like to use, I will install it for you for free. I also sell and design templates for very reasonable prices.

Terms for Resume Services

For services of this type, I accept 50% of the payment upon agreement, and the remainder upon delivery. I prefer payment through Paypal, though I will accept a check if you are able to wait for it to clear before I begin work.

Your satisfaction is very important to me. In order to make sure you get what you want, please be as clear with me as possible when we discuss your needs. Once you've received your completed work, please look it over carefully and let me know of any problems. I'll fix any errors as soon as possible and get it back to you.

Occasionally, you may realize that something you have asked me for does not look as good as you had thought it would. This can happen to anyone. If it does, talk to me. If it's something easy, I'll be glad to go ahead and fix it! If it's complex, I might ask for my hourly fee of $45, and I'll give you as clear an idea as I can about how long I think it will take. This is not very likely to happen with something as simple as a resume--I just mention it to cover all bases.
